Roycey started his career in stand up comedy over 24 years ago and today he is without question one of the most exciting unscripted improv comedians in the country. With a talent to just go with with what ever is in front of him without a long script of gags makes Roycey so unique and so in demand.

The last few years have been a very exciting time for Roycey. He has been on The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent and Piers Morgans Life Stories since day one, not just as “The Warm Up Man” but as the act that keeps the show alive during many breaks and set change.

His comedy has been judged by the very audiences that laugh hysterically at his antics with a following on twitter which now exceeds 60K.

Ian has also supported One Direction in both New York and London holding together the 1D fan day and the world wide press launch of their South American Stadium tour.

Ian has also ben privileged to support both Gary Barlow and Robbie Williams and has had the joy of entertaining thousands in the countries biggest arenas, including The O2, Wembley Arena, The Manchester MEN, The Royal Albert Hall and many other major venues around the country.

2014 has seen Roycey find a new lease of life. He has turned many a corner and climbed many a mountain and his new found hunger, desire and vigour to stand in front of camera rather than behind it has been noticed by many. He now is regularly seen on popular shows including ITV’s This Morning and has a regular spot reviewing the daily newspapers in his own unique fashion on Sky News Sunrise with Eamonn Holmes.

The BBC came calling recently which now sees Roycey introducing and having a small cameo in the brand new Micheal McIntyre Chat Show"

During this year Ian is working hard on returning to stand up where his roots lie. Apperances in comedy clubs are to be more frequesnt and Ian’s corporate commitments continue to grow with functions this year for O2 and Virgin Hoilidays.

Roycey’s commitment to the NSPCC remains strong and he recently hosted a ball for to raise funds for the charity which exceeded 100K. The Pole Dance auction from the MD was of course, his idea!

Watching Roycey is more of a life experiance than an hour laughing - if you don’t believe it, then never ever use your mobile phone or get your handbag out while he has a microphone in his hand!
